At Ayra Fashion, we ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. To make returns and exchanges hassle-free, please review our policy below:
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
Products received in a Damaged/Defective/Broken condition.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 2 days of receiving your item.
We recommend recording a video while opening your parcel to provide proof of its condition.
How to Request a Return/Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at ayrathaanvi@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to +91 7598304440 with your order number and reason for return within 2 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for arranging the return/exchange through their preferred courier service. We recommend using India Speed Post for return shipping.
The return parcel must be sent at the customer's expense to our address. Only the product cost will be refunded; forward/reverse shipping charges are non-refundable.
A maximum of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the forward shipping charges.
We recommend using India Speed Post for return shipments, but customers are responsible for any shipping costs.
Important Notes:
Return/exchange requests will not be accepted if submitted after the 2-day window.
Stitched or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Customers must provide the return tracking details within 2 working days after the return request is approved.

Please return the product in its original packaging, including the bag and tag, to ensure proper order identification.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted beyond 2 working days after the approval of the return request. After this period, only exchanges will be offered.
Prepaid orders do not include forward shipping charges. In case a return request is initiated, the forward/reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 6-7 working days.
Refunds will be issued via UPI or NEFT to the customer's bank account. Please include your bank account number, IFSC code, and order slip inside the return parcel.
