Shipping Policy
  1. Shipping Cost: Calculated on per product basis, and will be reflected on your checkout page.

  2. India / Domestic Orders: Shipping cost is Rupees 100 per product.

Shipping Time

Domestic Orders: The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 5-7 days in major metro cities in India and 8-10 days for other locations, from the time the order is confirmed.

Delays in Delivery

  1. These are indicative & approximate values only. Items can be shipped earlier or later depending on availability and other factors.

  2. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays, weather conditions, or strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays, if any. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for these reasons.

  3. We may also choose to deliver the shipment in parts. In case of cancellation, only the unshipped part of the order will be eligible for cancellation (not valid for all cases).

Product Availability

  1. We make an earnest effort to ensure that merchandise listed on our website is in stock and the prices are correct.
    In the unlikely event when we are unable to send your order or replacement due to product unavailability, we will inform you within 5 working days of your order placement.

Cancellations

We will accept order changes or cancellation requests within 24 hours of order placement. Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible once orders are processed.

Important Information Regarding Address

  1. Address Changes: Must be informed within 24 hours of placing the order. No alterations can be made after 24 hours or after the parcel is shipped.

  2. Multiple Shipping Addresses: Please place separate orders for each delivery address.

  3. Correct Shipping Address: Ensure the address and zip code match to avoid courier penalties, which the customer will bear.

  4. Package Collection: Ensure somebody is available to collect the package upon delivery. In some cases, parcels may be left at the door if no one answers. Our courier agents cannot provide sign confirmation in such cases.

Lost In Transit

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or select an alternate product.

Courier services are subjected to natural calamities or national emergencies and may be delayed.
